Jasmine Dawson is Senior Vice President of Digital working within the Brands and Licensing division of BBC Studios. Jasmi ne leads on the global digital strategy, bringing the content and commercial arms together, with ultimate responsibility for driving audience and bottom-line growth for BBC Studio’s digital brands. Jasmine has led the digital team since 2019, under her leadership the team has grown their digital footprint, delivered an award-winning content strategy, and increased their revenues by 54%. An award-winning digital specialist, she has over 15 years’ experience in London and New York both in-house and agency side working with blue chip brands such as The New York Times, Hulu, Revlon, Mars, Sky, A-B InBev, British Airways and BT. Her projects have seen award wins at Cannes Lions, AdWeek and the Shorty Awards. Nat is Vice President of Digital, Commercial at BBC Studios. He is building a cross-platform digital consumer proposition using a portfolio of new and expanding brands, connected by data, and underpinned by a robust commercial model.  Nat joined BBC Studios in summer 2023 from Jungle Creations, a global social publisher, where he was Chief Operating Officer. In 6 years, he drove the growth of this business from 30 people and £3M revenues to 175 people, >£30M revenues and £6M EBITDA. Nat raised $4m Series A VC investment to support the diversification of the social publishing commercial model. He delivered a successful exit to the Private Equity firm Livingbridge.  Before this, Nat launched the programmatic monetisation strategy for dmg media. In his role as Director of Programmatic, he grew this business to the single largest revenue line within the group at £50M annual turnover. Nat also won the Rising Star award at the Media Week awards for the role he played in building proprietary technology to increase ad yields by >30%. ...
